Digital products only

All Foreword Studio products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Once a purchase is complete, the files are available for immediate download.

All sales are final

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on completed orders.

Faulty files

If there is a genuine fault with your download (a corrupted file, the wrong file delivered, or a technical issue that prevents the template from working as described), please contact [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Etsy buyer protection
